Return Policy

At Terp Tube, we believe in doing everything it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy guidelines below. To get started, contact us at [email protected].

  • If you receive a broken or defective product, you must report any issues to Terp Tube within 72 hours of delivery.
  • If we ship an incorrect or physically defective product, we will accept a return or exchange and will issue a return label for free.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive the return to process it.
  • Returns are eligible for refunds only if they are new, unopened, and in re-sellable condition for up to 30 days after purchase.
  • After we receive your return and inspect it, we will apply your refund to the original purchase credit or debit card, or we will contact you for exchanges.
  • All returns must be shipped with a copy of the receipt from the original order.

Ordering and Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from the Terp Tube warehouse in Tempe, Arizona.
All orders are shipped at a flat rate via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $100 ship free.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is received that contains a tracking number. If you have not received your confirmation email after making a purchase, please check your junk folder.
We accept all major credit cards.
We do not currently accept PayPal.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will get your missing items sent out as soon as possible. Please contact us with your order number and the items that are missing.
If you change your mind about your order, contact us via our contact page as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your order.
Enter your tracking number into the USPS tracking tool to locate your order. Your tracking number is included in the confirmation email you received when placing your order. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us.
You can enter a coupon code during the checkout process.
We aim to keep all items in stock at all times. However, our more popular items do sell out from time to time. In these cases, expect items to be restocked within 30 days.
If you receive products that are broken on arrival, please take photos of the damaged items and send them to us immediately, including your name, order number, and details of the damaged item. We will get in touch to arrange a return for a replacement.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is no longer our responsibility. If you have not received your package, please contact the carrier for assistance.
