You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is received that contains a tracking number. If you have not received your confirmation email after making a purchase, please check your junk folder.
Enter your tracking number into the USPS tracking tool to locate your order. Your tracking number should be included in the confirmation email you received when placing the order. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us here.
If you receive products that are broken on arrival, please take photos of the damaged items and send them to us immediately, including your name, order number and details of the damaged item. We will then get in touch to arrange how to return your order for a replacement.
